Resource mobilization is vital for the survival of every individual and
organization. Realizing the fact HANDS designed its Resource Mobilization Program in 2002 to accelerate its endeavors to raise funds for the development of rural community. The same year HANDS anticipated the needs of capacity building and strengthening of the NGOs, COs and Govt. departments in order to promote health, education and alleviate poverty in rural areas, started process to establish its Institute of Community Development. HANDS Resource Mobilization Program devised ways and means to reach to the
donors (national & international) and
negotiate with them to pool funds for improving the living conditions of rural community. It brought out following publications to highlight the grievances of the community:
