These training have also been offered to other NGOs, our partners or stakeholders in our intervention areas.
HANDS is privileged to have a competent and committed team. In accordance to the needs of the staff members as well as their job requirements, the trainings were organized for range of senior managers, mid-level managers, field teams to the community–based service providers. They have been provided the opportunities of trainings by other NGOs as well. Many of them being trained as trainer got the opportunity to replicate the trainings. All these opportunities remained as key initiative in enhancement of their skills to accomplish their jobs with quality.
