4.) Management Information System (MIS) for Library
IR has developed Management Information System (MIS) to manage library at head office and regional offices and developed software in MS Access, as per MIS of library.

5) HANDS Documentary
- Pakistan Worldwide under an agreement with HANDS developed a documentary of activities of various programs/projects of HANDS at regional offices.
- Still photographs of HANDS activities were also taken.
- Prepared script for the documentary in English and Urdu.

6) Attended 75 meetings in & outside HANDS with
delegates of donor agencies, line departments, strategic
planning meetings etc.

7) Updated HANDS Mailing List consists of more than 2006 addresses of various NGOs, donor agencies (national & international), philanthropists, Govt. officials, news editors and individuals.

8) Held meetings with 30 delegates from various organizations. |

Other achievements 2003 - 2004 |
- Organized three seminars to promote Peoples Health Movement in Pakistan (PHM Delegate visit to Karachi).
- Conducted 10 training workshops.
- Correspondence with NGO regarding "VIOXX" and Held meeting with NGOs.
- Held Press conference with The Network to brief media about hazards of VIOXX.
- Advocacy campaign against VIOXX - pasted posters against VIOXX in 39 Medical institutes & stores.
- Conducted survey in five districts of Sindh about availability of VIOXX.
- Organized "Donors meeting" to raise funds for HANDS ICD.
- HANDS Website Updated.
- Action Plan IR & RM Programs.
