| HANDS anticipating the need of capacity building and community development in 21st century established Institute of Community Development to help & strengthen the NGOs, COs, Govt. departments (District & Provincial) and promote health education, and alleviate poverty in the rural communities. HANDS ICD staff regularly conducts trainings of members of various organizations on different topics related to health, education, poverty alleviation etc. |

| HANDS Training Packages |
| HANDS has developed many training packages for different program areas and program levels, and has vast experience in conducting trainings. We have established three training centers, two for community midwifery & health attendants training at Taluka Hospital Hala in district Hyderabad and at CDG-HANDS Jamkanda Hospital in Bin Qasim Town Karachi, and one entrepreneur skill development center in Murad Memon village, Bin Qasim Town Karachi under HANDS ICD. |
